BR1-04 STUART LITTLE Stuart Hides Out

Do you like Stuart Little? I think everyone know that’s movie. I like Stuart Little movie. So, I choose this book. Main characters are a mouse, Stuart Little and white cat, Snowbell. Usually, cats and mice are bad relation like a Tom and Jelly. But in this story, the both are good relation.

One day, Stuart’s family went out, and there were only Stuart and Snowbell in his house. Then, the two wanted to play a game. That is “hide-and-seek.” Snowbell seeks and Stuart hides. Stuart found a good place to hide in his house. Finally, he had found a good place which was a flower vase on the shelf. He slide down into the vase, and sat down to wait. After a while, he thought, it’s not comfortable here and wanted to get out here. But he was too small to get out from the vase himself. He thought, “Nobody will ever find me in here.” So, he began to rock back and forth. The vase was about to fall down from shelf. Then Stuart cried “HELP!” Snowbell noticed the vase rolling fast and jumped onto the shelf and pounced on the vase just in time. Snowbell saved Stuart. It’s the end of hide-and-seek.

This story is interesting. Stuart and Snowbell are good relation and very friendly. I like this story and I wanted to watch this movie again.

SHOPPIIIIIIIIIING

In G.W. I went to Tosu Premium Outlets by train with my friend. Outlets mole was soooo cheap. Every goods were 20~60% off. So, that is a very good place to shopping. I and my friend bought clothes. It was also so cheap.

And there were many food booths there. We ate Pizza-la's pizza!! It was so delicious.

There were sooo many people there, but if you like shopping, you should visit there once. You must be like it.

BR1-03 The Dinosaur Who Lost His ROAR

This is a story of five dinosaurs. They are Sid, Ross, Ollie, Spike and Rex. The reason why I choice this book is I’m interested in dinosaurs and this book seems to be funny. And a cover is cute.

Sid is an active dinosaur. He lived in big forest and he enjoyed crashing through bushes, climbing tall trees, splashing in the river. Especially, Sid liked scaring other dinosaurs to roar. Sid’s roar is the loudest. Everyday, Sid tried to scar other dinosaurs to roar. Spike, Ross and Ollie were scared by Sid. They didn’t like being scared. One day, Sid’s throat hurt. So he couldn’t roar loudly and scare anyone. Spike, Ross and Ollie laughed at him. He didn’t feel good, so he tried to care his throat. The next day, his throat was better, and he tried to apologize to them for scaring. But he couldn’t find other dinosaurs anywhere. Then, he noticed footprints on the ground. Sid followed the footprints. There was a Rex there with other dinosaurs. Rex was a huge dinosaur. Rex was about to eat Spike, Ross and Ollie. Sid was an only dinosaur can help them. He roared loudly and Rex scared. The four dinosaurs could run away from Rex. At last, they could be friends.

This is like a Sid’s story. I like this story. Sid has a nice courage. I hope I want to be like a Sid.

BR1-02 The Ugly Duckling

I think everyone knows this story. The main character is ugly duckling. And sub characters are mother duck, her five kids, old duck and swans. This is a story of poor ugly duckling.

One day, mother duck had six eggs. But one egg was larger than other five eggs. Mother duck was looking forward to meeting her kids. So, she was waiting for them to hatch for days. Finally, her eggs hatched except a huge egg. Later, at least, a huge egg burst open. And, this was an ugly duckling. So, mother duck and old duck thought he is a turkey chick. But he was not turkey chick because he could swim. He was too ugly, so he was treated everywhere he visited. One evening in fall, he saw beautiful swans. Winter came, he grew up and he can fly. And spring came, he listened to the bird sing, and flew to there. There are some swans there. The swans swam around him and stroked him with their beaks. So, he felt strange and bent his head to the water and saw. And then, he grew up a swan. He became the most beautiful.

I like this story because it is happy end. And I respect the ugly duckling. He is so tough, and his life is cheering me on. This is a wonderful story.

BR1-01 The Emperor's New Clothes

This is a story of emperor who has big pride. This story is composed of 5 chapters. It may be funny story. I think this story is also famous in Japan. Main characters are the emperor, his servant Boris and the finest clothes-makers Slimus and Slick.

Long time ago, there was an emperor who loved clothes. He always wanted new clothes and wanted to show off his nice clothes. One day, he has nothing to wear. Then, the emperor made his servant, Boris, find the finest clothes-makers. Boris agreed against his will. In a few days, Boris took two men to the emperor. They were Slimus and Slick. They said “We are the finest clothes-makers in the world.” And they suggested making magical clothes to the emperor. It can be seen by clever people. The emperor was so excited and paid much money to them. Few days later, they finished making magical clothes. But they told the emperor a lie. There was nothing magical clothes in the world. And they pretended to help the emperor into magical clothes. The emperor couldn’t see anything, but he couldn’t tell so. Because he believed he was not foolish. So, he was naked then. The naked man went to the royal procession. “He is naked!” a whisper whizzed through the crowd soon. The emperor held his head high and walked more proudly than ever.

To be honest is important. This is what I learned from this story. It’s very interesting. I like this story.

Essay#2 ~My treasures~

Today, I’m going to talk about my treasure. I have four main treasures.

My first treasure is a bike. Four months ago, my best friend’s father suddenly gave me his bike though, I don’t know why. After that, I ride my bike everyday to go to school, to go to work and so on. I went to Miyazaki by bike by highway. Now, my bike is necessity. It may not be a treasure if I just bought it. However, the person who gave me the bike is my best friend’s father. So, it’s my treasure.

The second treasure is photos. I like looking at photos, because I can feel some change in seeing the photos. Changing is important. I think good memories and the past can be a treasure. And photos can keep it. So, I think photos can also be a treasure. I want to take a good scene. That’s why I always take my digital camera to every place I go. And I get good new treasures.

My third treasure is my studying abroad experience. This is not realized yet. But I think this experience will be the best treasure for me. I’m really looking forward to this day. I want to grow up through such a grateful experience. Experiencing is a treasure.

My final treasure are my friends. My friends are always helping and supporting me when I feel down. There are many good friends and awesome people around me. They are my treasure. The reason why I am here right now is due to all of them. So, I never want to lose them. I’m proud of meeting my best friends.
